Services, Technical Support
Envox Worldwide strives to provide its customers with outstanding technical support on a global basis. The company has support staff located in its offices throughout the world. Primary support is offered within the region, however Envox Worldwide customers can contact any location during their normal business hours for support.
Many users of Envox products are primarily supported by an Envox Partner. Therefore, please contact the organization from whom you purchased your Envox product for support. Before contacting Envox directly for support, please refer to your Envox Service and Support Agreement for specific details.
Available Support Plans
Standard Support
Envox Worldwide provides support to customers from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time Monday through Friday, excluding designated holidays. Also included are access to major product releases and upgrades and Envox's online Web support portal (please see below).
Extended Support
Standard Support coverage plus telephone support on a 24-hours-per-day, 7-days-per-week basis.

Online Support
Customers with existing Envox Service and Support Agreements as outlined above can arrange for access to the Envox Self-Service Web portal. This site provides access to product documents as well as a knowledgebase (known issues), and enables customers to create, update and track their support cases online. On-site Support
On-site support is available from Envox Worldwide and will be billed (along with all related travel expenses) at the then-current field services rates. Customers can also arrange for on-site installation, as well as other systems integration support. This will also be billed at the then current field service rates.
