How to register for Envox Training
- Registration must be received at least 7 calendar days before the beginning of a training session.
- To register, please contact your Envox Distributor or direct Envox sales representative to place your order for the training sessions.
- Once your order has been placed, please click on the class date to access the registration form.
- We will confirm with you whether the class is being held 2 weeks before the session start date.
Note: The schedule is subject to change without notice. Envox reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes based on low enrollment. Be sure you have a confirmed registration before making any non-refundable travel plans.
Methods of Payment
All attendees must coordinate their payment with their Envox Distributor or in the case of direct Envox customers, provide a check, money order, fully authorized purchase order, or other authorization letter to Envox before the first day of class that they will attend.

Cancellation Policy
For training provided at Envox Facility:
- If you need to cancel a registration for a public class, please provide written notice (email qualifies) directly to Envox at least 10 calendar days before the scheduled start date.
- If you cancel your registration at least 10 calendar days before the start of class, the participant can reschedule for the same course, valid for six months from the date of cancellations.
- Participants cannot cancel less than 10 calendar days before start of class. If a student cancels during that period or is a no-show for the training, no rescheduling of training is possible. The training fee will be forfeited.
- Substitution of attendees may be made at any time before the start of the class, as long as Envox is informed of this substitution.
For training provided at Customer Facility:
- If you need to cancel an on-site class, please provide written notice (email qualifies) directly to Envox at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date.
- If you cancel your class at least 14 calendar days before the start of class, you can re-schedule the same class within the next 6 months from the day of cancellation. Any expenses incurred by the trainer (e.g. travel costs) will be charged to the customer.
- If you cancel your registration less than 14 calendar days before the start of class, the training fee is forfeited and you will be charged any expenses incurred by the trainer (e.g. travel costs, training material costs).
