Increasing Your Envox CT Connect License
Upgrade Low to Mid License or Low or Mid License to Full License
Upgrading your Envox CT Connect Low license to a Mid license, or your Low or Mid license to a Full license allows Envox CT Connect to control and monitor additional devices.
To request an upgrade, you'll first need to obtain the serial number for the hardware license key you want to upgrade. To do this, log in as administrator on the Envox CT Connect server, make sure the hardware license key you want to upgrade is attached to the parallel port or USB port of the server, and run the file: drive:\directory\bin\ctckeyid.exe.
The ctckeyid.exe program will show you the type of your existing license and the 8-digit hexadecimal serial number of your hardware license key ( e.g. CTC-LOW Serial No: 0x26889D8C). To purchase an upgrade please email the type of your existing license and the upgrade option you wish to purchase (for example, CTC-LOW to CTC-FULL) and the 8-digit hexadecimal serial number to CTCupgrades@Envox.com.
Envox will send you back an Update Data string that will update your hardware license key to reflect your new license type. You can use the Envox CT Connect Remote Upgrade Utility (below) to upgrade your hardware license key. Instructions on using the Envox CT Connect Remote Upgrade Utility are included with the software.

Upgrade to Enterprise License
To upgrade your existing Low, Mid or Full license to an Enterprise license, please contact Envox Worldwide by email at CTCupgrades@Envox.com. These upgrades require a change to your existing dongle, and therefore remote upgrades are not available at this time.
